At Philips, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return most products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Philips account or visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items that were originally included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at an authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the item is inspected.
